This website is not our only system: at https://www.freeheeler.eu we operate a central booking back end for all Freeheeler events. Registrations received here are transferred automatically at regular intervals to that system and stored there. The data transferred includes in particular first name and surname, e-mail address and other contact details, the service booked as well as the payment status and amount paid. The purpose is the uniform organisation and handling of our events.
Both systems are operated by the same controller (Richard Schürf GmbH, see the section “Information on the controller”). This does not constitute a disclosure of your data to third parties, but processing within the responsibility of the same company. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures).
